Using this site
By using trunorth.ng you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we accept it and your deposit has cleared. Trips are operated by local partners; itineraries may change for weather, security or access reasons, and we will always offer an alternative date or a refund of the deposit where a trip cannot run.
Orders
Prices are in Nigerian naira and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is 3–7 working days within Nigeria. Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging; handmade items vary slightly from their photographs, which is not a defect.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store card details. Where a payment is taken but an order cannot be fulfilled, we refund in full to the original method.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
