What we collect
When you book a trip, place an order, join TruNORTH or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and, where relevant, your delivery address and travel dates.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Paystack. TruNORTH never sees or stores your card number, CVV or PIN — those go directly to Paystack, who are PCI-DSS compliant. We keep only the transaction reference, amount and status.
How we use it
- To fulfil bookings and orders you have placed.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To send you news and updates, if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We share your details only with the operators, makers and delivery partners needed to fulfil your order, and with Paystack to take payment. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@trunorth.ng.
